1. What is your professional/educational background?

Albany has experience taking care of customers in the service industry, patients in the healthcare field, and now she is going above and beyond for her clients in real estate. Albany is career driven and will do what it takes to accomplish her goals. She looks at experiencing new situations as opportunities to learn and develop as an individual. Albany possesses a heightened level of understanding and compassion. She naturally builds quality relationships with others and finds it easy to make meaningful connections. Albany adapts well to a variety of new or unexpected events without missing a beat and is motivated by the drive to excel past the competition. She understands the importance of the end goal, while maintaining a balance between completion and quality of work.

Albany moved to South Florida to start her career in real estate and continue her track record of teamwork and service. She belongs to the Delray Beach office and is part of the father-daughter duo, Team Kulp. Albany and Jason have successfully closed over 20+ million in sales in the past 3 years. They are now partnered with Cutler Real Estate, servicing their clients real estate needs in their hometown Columbus, Ohio as well. Albany is ready to serve her clients with care and help them accomplish their real estate goals.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I chose a career in real estate because I value building meaningful relationships with others and connecting with people on a personal level. I love helping individuals and families find a place that meets their wants and needs as well as a home they will create long-lasting memories with their families. I appreciate the freedom that the real estate business offers, allowing me to travel and to spend time with my family and friends.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I currently live in Boynton Beach, Florida. I enjoy living here because it's sunny for majority of the year which motivates me to stay active. I love relaxing at the beach and the pretty views. There is also a lot of different activities to do like going to markets or festivals, jet-skiing, paddle boarding, and playing pickle-ball.

4. How do you spend your free time?

I spend my free time reading the bible, going to the gym, playing pickle-ball, reading a good book, going to coffee shops, and spending quality time with my friends and family.
